Our Polices:

Please contact our office two days prior to your charter or when you first arrive in to town to reconfirm confirm your charter. In order to capitalize on optimum feeding conditions, we may suggest to change the exact pick up location and time in accordance with the “Then” current fishing and/or weather conditions.

We will provide all of the necessary rods, reels, tackle, equipment, and fishing licenses as well as ice for the on-board cooler. All you need to bring is food, drink, camera, and sun protection for you and/or your party.

Reservation Deposits:

 Captain Brian Hart requires a $100 advance deposit to reserve a charter date. Deposits may be made by check or major credit card. Deposits are only refundable with 60 days advance notice (In writing or email); or in the event the charter is canceled due to hazardous weather conditions, at the discretion of the Captain; or should the Captain experience vessel problems. Charters canceled by Anglers will result in the forfeiture of their deposit.
